I am a retired Culinary Instructor and Certified Executive Chef with 40+ years of experience.
I started my career washing dishes and have performed every job in the kitchen.
I taught at Southern Indiana Career and Technical Center, a High School Culinary program for 24+ years before retiring in 2022.
I also established a post-secondary program at IVY Tech of Evansville, the local community college.
My Chef experience includes 15 years with Private Clubs, 5 Years in Healthcare, and many years in Hotels and local restaurants.
I now consult on a limited basis.
